To put the professional back into professional wrestling and showcase some of the North West's finest talent. Expect a mix of gripping stories, high-flying, hard-hitting action in the ring, and some familiar faces (and heels).

The main event of Take the Throne saw Troy Ryan, Jack Johnson & Dave Birch battle to become the first ever King of Salford. In a match that included some insane strength from Troy Ryan, incredible athleticism from Dave Birch and unbelievable heart from Jack Johnson, Troy Ryan became our King of Salford.

His win does have a question mark over it though as Aiton Steen got involved and seemingly cost Jack Johnson what was almost certainly a victory.

Nishiki of The Bigger Picture has been harassing us to announce his match early because we left them till the last for Take the Throne.

We weren't going to cave in, but we had a fantastic debut we wanted to announce, and we wanted Nishiki to have a long time to worry about it 😀

Joey Hayes, a British Wrestling legend, is coming to Salford City Wrestling to teach Nishiki a lesson. This will be an absolute banger.
