My recent wedding at Liverpool Town Hall had Clare, a BSL signer, for a deaf guest.

Ring warming is a lovely symbolic ritual that I've done at a lot of my humanist weddings as a Celebrant accredited by Humanist Ceremonies.

It involves passing the wedding rings around to the guests before the couple exchanges them.

Each guest holds the rings for a moment & makes a wish for the couple, with the rings warming as they are held.

This meaningful ritual allows the guests to actively participate in the ceremony, making everyone feel included and symbolising the support network around the couple!

The bride arrived in a white Cadillac! It's rare you get to see one of those in the UK!

I was at the Friends of Stretford Public Hall last weekend for their Dead Good Festival for . Alongside my friend Corinne Firth-Surkitt - Funeral Celebrant, I staffed the Humanist Ceremonies stall and did a talk!

We met some lovely folk staffing other stalls including Birch Farm Flowers who provide plastic free flowers for funerals.

I was at the Friends of Stretford Public Hall over the weekend for their Dead Good Festival for . Alongside my friend Corinne Firth-Surkitt - Funeral Celebrant, I staffed a stall for Humanist Ceremonies and did a talk!

We met some lovely folk staffing other stalls including Keith from NHS Organ Donation.

I signed up to ensure that my wishes are followed when I die.
