Many people voice in our opening circle that they hadn’t been sooner because the idea of sober dancing filled them with dread. We have tools at our gatherings to enable you to feel less inhibited. The lighting is dark, we drink cacao and ground into the space and each other first, we are led through some movement first to feel more comfortable moving together, and once those banging tunes come on, you just can’t help yourself!!! 😉 🧡

Cacao supports a higher vibration of child like joy. It’s a powerful heart opener, supporting us to connect with each other, our bodies to the music and our internal spirit. We do make it quite strong for our ceremony so be mindful to drink plenty of water and only stick to one cup if you are sensitive to stimulants. The only contraindication maybe if you are on serotonin suppressing medication for conditions like bipolar, as cacao will release the serotonin so could interfere with the medications efficiency. Cacao is chocolate in its purest form, so this is a really delicious warm drink 💯 vegan and we use to sweeten, we often use it in our raw cake offerings too. The medicinal combination of using cacao with dancing can be affective for days after, you can often release stagnant energy which is stored emotions in your body extremely deeply, or have huge clarity & inspiration for your life. Regularly attending our events can be a really positive part of any healing journey. These events are organised and facilitated by holistic health expert Jenna Presley and all the collaborations are with other mind, body and spirit professionals. You are in safe loving wise hands.
