Over the past few weeks we’ve been introducing you to each of our guest acts, ahead of our first event at Salisbury Guildhall!

So a drumroll please 🥁🥁🥁..as we present to you our last (but not least) act for the night - our very own Bevwaan (aka OITS co-founder Bevan Ward).

Bevan grew up in the heady creative, cultural haze of Bristol during one of its most exciting influential chapters. Plunging deep into the city’s sprawling club and party scene, Bevan established himself with regular appearances at iconic venues and events such as Blue Mountain, The Croft, Bristol Harbourside Festival and The Purple Turtle in Reading.

Bevan co-founded the record label Think Deep Recordings in 2009 with his business partner Andy Sim.
Think Deep captured the genre’s exciting shift from dominant jump-up, to a more complex soulful
sound with releases from the likes of Submorphics, Duoscience, Paul SG, Zyon Base, Dave Owen and many more artists.

Bevan has since collaborated with the likes of Eva Lazarus, Leonie Laws, Aries, Andy Sim and Zyon Base. With heavy support on KISS, 1XTRA, and UJIMA by DJs Hype, Bailey, Benny Page and Bladerunner - key productions include critical success with Aries, Gold and Andy Sim on Roots Recordings and Born On Road Records.

With only 16 days to go until our launch night… we are excited to introduce you to another of our special guest acts!

Lighting up dance floors and cooking up beats since the 90s, Josimar brings through a raw unfiltered energy like no other…

Cutting his teeth with the nationally renowned Exodus Collective, he cemented a reputation as a vinyl specialist selecting only the finest cuts.

Moving with the times from warehouse raves to the clubs he established a residency in his native city of Oxford, at the legendary ‘Source’ night, playing alongside all the greatest names to come through the city.

Then a chance meeting abroad saw the beginnings of a firm friendship with Eveson (Dead Man’s Chest), and numerous Bristol based musical projects ensued thereafter.
Enjoying support from the likes of Fabio, DJ Lee & Total Science - before his chart topping debut release on the Western Lore label in 2018.

With more recent releases coming on DJ Die’s Gutterfunk imprint, there’s surely more to come from this original junglist soldier.

Introducing Embassy! 🔊🔊🔊

DJ Embassy has been playing in clubs up and down the country supporting acts like Dread Zone, Daddy G, Rob Smith (RSD), Caspa, Demolition Man, Ed solo, DJ Derek. Based in Bristol UK, he runs a night called "Shanti Sound" and is resident at "Champion Sound", Bristol's biggest Jungle night.

Embassy has been producing in the studio recently with talent from local MCs and has several tunes coming out this year!

WATCHMAN cut his teeth smashing out dnb to the dance floors of Bristol - jumping on the bill with legends ranging from DJ Flight to Roni Size.

These days he mashes up the dance and bends genres at clubs, bars and festivals across the UK.
Hot on the mix, his relentless ‘anything goes’ style of ADH-DJing fuses fun with fiYaH!

We’re hyped to have him play his first out and out dnb set for some time.

Over the coming weeks, we will be introducing you to the first of Out In The Streets’ very special guest acts. Starting with Silent Dust's incredible Hobzee…

Having emerged in the early/mid 2000s as Hobzee, he’s now returned to that alias for the first time in 15 years, easing himself back into our playlists as a solo artist. So far well-received dispatches have landed on the respected likes of Influence, Soul Deep and Goldfat. Now he’s levelled up with a debut on Doc Scott’s seminal 31 imprint.

Perhaps his most accomplished and striking release so far during this new chapter, his remarkable In The Dark EP hits all the sweet spots between his Soul:r roots, his Silent Dust autonomicizms and a more contemporary deep, technoid sound.
