Having just said goodbye to another lovely wedding and a very happy couple I thought I’d introduce us!! We are Ralph and Bee James, we’ve been married for 30 years and are lucky enough to have live here at Ashley Wood Farm and run our business for the last 10. We feel that it’s a privilege to be hosts here and take great pride in making the space beautiful and comfortable, I believe that the flow of love that enters and and leaves this place every week gives it a very special quality, which everyone feels when they are here.

Just received this lovely review 🥰🌈 We were meant to get married at Ashley Wood Farm in July 2020 but because of the pandemic, we postponed to April this year and it was definitely worth the wait! We fell in love with Ashley Wood as a venue as soon as we went to see it back in 2019 – it was exactly what we wanted, rustic, relaxed and naturally beautiful. It’s a totally DIY venue which we absolutely loved as we got to choose everything and really make the day our own. When we went back to see the venue again closer to the new wedding date, we fell in love with it all over again. All the guests kept saying how beautiful it was. Bee and Ralph were also so great with us during the postponements and genuinely lovely people to deal with. The day was everything we dreamed of and we couldn’t have been happier to have chosen Ashley Wood Farm as our wedding venue. We will definitely be back for our anniversary to stay in the Fisherman’s Lodge!
