• Street Food Festival
There will be a great selection of local food outlets, who will offer their delicious food all day, and a variety of local trade stands, which will include food based stand

• BBQ Competiton
We invite all teams, whether amateur or professional, to compete in our BBQ Competition, where teams will battle it out to see who will be crowned the ‘PenGrillie Pitmaster’ of 2018. Taking elements of the traditional ‘low and slow’ American style of BBQ Competition, and adding ‘open flame’ cooking perhaps more suited to the awesome produce found locally, they will be sharing their top tips, mis-leading you on the ingredients list of their favourite rub, and letting you try their finished dishes.

• Professional smoking & grilling demonstrations

• Children’s activities
Being a family friendly festival there will be plenty to keep the kids entertained, with a dedicated ‘Kids Corner’ filled with lots of fun and activities, a bouncy castle, face painting and even a child friendly BBQ demo!

• Access to Pentillie’s 55 acres of woodland gardens

• Outdoor activities including Archery and Air Rifle Shooting

• Chilli Wing Eating Competition
