Thanks to everyone who’s been down, called in for a cuppa, over the weekend!

So this weekend as we have a marquee up we plan to offer;

From the marquee

Saturday butties and brews from 9.30 am!
Bacon, sausages and burgers!
Bar also open 12 Noon!

GBX will also be here from 11am, offering have a go clay shooting, £10 for 10 shots, everything you need to have a go!
(Compak competition also available)

Butties and Bar through the afternoon!

Arctic Foxx, Gelato van calling in during the afternoon! It’s the best!

Evening BBQ bar and music a very laid back affair of socialising and making our own fun!

Sunday evening, we plan to use the marquee to show the match!
Equipment projector test this evening, to confirm we’re good to go on that!

At a loose end, come join us for a natter!

The post we hoped we didn’t have to write!

After today’s rain and what can only be described as a monsoon in the last 30 mins! We have just had a small committee emergency meeting!

Factoring the forecasted weather ahead in any decision and the current land condition, the hard choice has been made to cut our losses and cancel the weekend.

This is gutting for everyone, so much unseen work goes on, but it’s the only sensible option.
To try to get all the stalls, exhibits, vehicles and pedestrians on and off site safely over the weekend with the land as it now, is not achievable and to preserve the land and the future of the weekend, the only tenable option is to cancel!

We already had bigger, exciting plans for 2025, so watch this space and save the date 12th & 13th July 2025!

We have begun making calls, but please do share!

We’re super excited to welcome Clarissa Scribbles back to run the children’s craft tent!

As always, she has been super busy preparing crafts and little competitions for you all to take part in!

This is a FREE tent for children to enjoy!

Lots more children’s entertainment on site too!

Ooooo ‘is that a marquee frame I spy?’

The team have began to pull things together, the ever changing forecast now has 🌞 for both Saturday and Sunday next week 👏🏽

However the tents are staying ‘naked’ for now, due to the few days of wind and rain coming!!

You can see the 2 lawnmowers doing there stuff too 🐎
