To all our customers.

It’s been brought to our attention that customers are messaging our page for orders or enquiries and we haven’t been receiving them at our end.
This seems to have been going on for weeks now unbeknown to us and we would never want anyone to feel they were intentionally being ignored.

We have tried removing the app and reinstalling it and the same issue seems to be happening.
We have contacted Facebook to help.
We apologise for this and ask in the mean if you could either contact us via the shop during opening hours or via my own page out with opening hours until the matter can be resolved.

We apologise for any inconvenience this has caused or for anyone who has messaged and hasn’t been responded too

We have set up an extra large storage unit out the back for anyone who is willing to donate any supplies to help with the crisis in Ukraine.

Any donations are welcome.
These can include
Clothing
Pet supplies
Toiletries
Food donations
Medical supplies

No cash donations as these can be done online.
We will take all donations to the outlets in Glasgow including the charities Refuweegee & British Red Cross. Which can be sorted and distributed accordingly.
It’s only a small gesture in comparison to what these poor people are going through but every little helps 🇺🇦 🙏🏼

Hello all, just a quick message to let everyone know that after being well rested we will return on Monday at 10.30am for all your flower needs.

Missing Christmas yet?

Let me fix that by reducing all our Christmas scent snap bars from £2.50 to £1 per bar.
Quite a few scents still available.

Hey guys.
I had to close the order book 11 days ago when I put the status up letting you all know.

Me being me, and hate letting people down have still took orders left, right and centre since then. Squeezing you all in every which way I could right up until tonight when I’ve still squeezed orders in.
It’s now at the stage though where it’s just not physically possible to take another single order.
You know I always try my best but it’s literally day and night now I’m working to get through it all. I’m home. Feeding the dogs and back to it till 1,2,3 in the morning till I drop.
I appreciate every single order as always, I do now need to draw a line purely down to time factors.
If at the eve there’s any time left then there will be flowers etc on the shelf for last minute pick ups but in regards to pre orders tonight’s orders were the last.
I’m sorry to anyone that has missed out and grateful for you coming to me.

It’s telling me I have unread messages.
It’s just not letting me in to view them.

As a florist you don’t always know the deceased your doing funeral arrangements for.
You don’t always know the families who your delivering sympathy bouquets to, or dealing with in person or over the phone at the hardest time in there life.
It’s even more of a struggle when you do know them.
That’s now 5 tragic suicides our wee towns have seen in 4 weeks. All people under 30. Some more known than others.
Absolutely tragic for all involved, for the ones who have seen no other option and for those left behind.
Talk to each other. Open up. Don’t live in fear, self doubt, hurt or desperation.
Check up on your friends and family. Look beyond a few sentences or a text here or there.
Be there for each other, make time and more importantly listen.
A few kind words might be all it takes to make someone’s day.
It breaks my heart to deal with these grieving families. Tragic!!!
Be kinder to each other and most importantly

Be good people!!! ❤️
