Just a wee reminder that I am only a phone call away if you would like to order some flowers.

It is and has been a huge learning curve working on my own now these past 6 months, getting used to this new way of working and managing all the different aspects of my business but I cannot tell you how much I have and still do appreciate everyone's support and understanding 🥰 thank you.
If you call and I can't pick up at that point, please leave a message and I'll call you back. If you arrive at the unit and I'm not there and it looks closed up, please just call as most of the time I will have the phone transferred to my mobile during working hours and will be delighted to help. Another selection of flowers collected or delivered over last few days.
If you would like some flowers, please do not hesitate to call and place an order. The earlier you can let me know you would like flowers, the better. Much as I would love to always carry a huge stock of lovely fresh flowers, they are too expensive to waste and it doesnt make sense with my new set up to have loads in just in case the phone rings for that day, so a wee call or popping in in advance to order is brilliant and allows me to hopefully buy in what you would like too, rather than just what I might have in stock. This doesn't mean there is never same day availability, so it's worth the call to ask, just not guaranteed. Thank you all for your continued support it is very much appreciated. 🥰

A subject I rarely post about with pictures as it can be upsetting, but now and again it is helpful. These are some of the arrangements I have done over this past wee while, requested by family and friends for their loved one's funeral service or memorial. It still amazes me that after all these years, how many people are not aware that I do funeral flowers and so this is the reason I am posting. All my designs are very bespoke and personal to those who have ordered them and while it is a very difficult and upsetting time, I try to make the process of ordering flowers as straightforward as possible by arranging an appointment for families to come in and have a wee chat. This makes sure I can spend a little time finding out exactly what the family are looking for or guiding them if they are unsure. Thank you so much to everyone who entrusts me to create flowers for such an important occasion and for all the lovely cards and messages I have received in the days following. It is so incredible that you take time to do that when you are going through such a sad and difficult experience but it is lovely to know that the flowers have helped you through a very difficult day. A big THANK YOU 🥰 to everyone who ordered with us yesterday. Despite the weather, we had a lovely day with a lot of customers collecting at our new premises for the first time 💕 and deliveries going out too. I hope our arrangements brought happiness and brightened up the day for those receiving them. I will have a good selection of beautiful fresh flowers including other colours of roses, but as I am now up at the new premises at 4 Factory Place, Saltcoats and am unsure how orders will go, I have a limited amount of red roses ordered to come in.
