Review just in from a lovely couple regarding their wedding (6th April) at St. Stephen's, Hampstead....

We just wanted to say a HUGE thank you for everything.
We were so happy with how everything went on Saturday and that is obviously in enormous part down to you and your team! You have been so friendly, professional, kind and helpful at every step of the way. You clearly have an outstanding set-up and everything you organised for us on Saturday was just so slick and impressive. I am delighted you mentioned the party lighting to us as well - what would the dancefloor have been without it?!
Your colleague Jake (we hope we have remembered his name right!) was just so lovely as well. We felt truly in the safest of hands throughout, especially as A/V is surely one of the most fiddly parts of a big event! It must be demanding for you both to constantly be working with people whose "special day" (!) it is - your lovely calm, competent manner made the world of difference.
Our guests all commented on how beautiful the venue looked and how smoothly everything ran.
We want to apologise as well that you didn't get a mention in our speeches - it's a tragic excuse but we accidentally printed an old version of Tom's speech out which had been written before we had agreed who was thanking whom. And clearly in the moment we were both just reading what was in front of us! We are super embarrassed about it and hope we didn't offend you.
