I’ve had a lot of new followers over the past couple of months so I thought I’d do a little introduction of myself and Sandwich Grazing…HI NEWBIES !! 💞💞
I started Sandwich Grazing back in lockdown during furlough from a job that I was DESPERATE to get out of. My mum showed me a photo of a breakfast style grazing table that Tommy Mallet had bought for Georgia Kousoulou birthday. If you don’t recognise these names, they are both casts from TOWIE and it becomes very apparent as to why I’ve bought them up further into Sandwich Grazing journey.
I decided to go ahead and start this new beginning, what have I got to lose!? So I went out and brought the most expensive cardboard box (which I still have) and used it over and over again to test out what I would offer in my graze boxes. I eventually launched Sandwich Grazing and it got very busy very quickly, to the point where I was lucky enough to not go back to the stewardess days 🥳!!
Lockdown rules eased off and I was able to offer grazing tables. All the practicing I had making spreads for friends and family I can now use for my customers!! Buzzing!! This become incredibly popular and I couldn’t work in my parents kitchen for much longer so after 9 months of starting Sandwich Grazing I found myself a new workspace and a kitchen 😍 In May 2021 I got asked to cater for Georgia Kousoulou baby shower and that it’ll be featuring on TOWIE!?! This was such a full circle moment, I couldn’t believe it.

After a year of being in the first premises, I upsized with a new and bigger premises. One that I didn’t think I’ll be starting a new business in 😂 last year I started offering charcuterie workshops which fulfils me with so much joy alongside being able to cater for all different special occasions.

I was 22 when I started Sandwich Grazing with zero experience of running a business just the knowledge I had from my parents from when they had theirs aaaaandd to be fair, I’ve always said that I have completely winged my life so far 😂 I’m now 27 (nearly 28 🤢) with two businesses that I absolutely love and the chaos it brings me. Don’t get me wrong, I’m still winging it but that what makes a good story right?

Wow 2024 you were HARD on Sandwich Grazing 🥲😂 this year has been the most difficult year for my business, I have experienced all of the emotions from giving up to loving every minute.

I have loved putting this collage together, it’s reminded me that I have catered for many gorgeous events for many GORGEOUS customers. I have had opportunities to cater for great companies and businesses like Growup, BMW, Pfizer, Beck & Pollitzer, Fitzgeralds Jewellers and more! Some who have now become regular customers which I couldn’t thank enough 🧀🍇 my loyal customers that have me return to create beautiful spreads for every event you host, means a hell of a lot! The new customers I’ve catered for this year, it’s been an absolute pleasure and I hope to see you again next year 💕

This year I decided to bite the bullet and offer charcuterie workshops. An evening full of fun and teaching you lovely lot has fulfilled me with so much joy and I plan on carrying it on in 2025 ✨

2024 I’m very glad to see the end of you and I’m very excited to see what 2025 has in store. I hope it’s a successful year for not only me but for every business around me that has felt the hardship ❤️

The last charcuterie workshop of the year 🌿🍇🧀 I was super lucky to teach another lovely group on how to make the most aesthetically pleasing charcuterie board and they all done an amazing job!
was the ideal venue to host my class and to make it even more better we decided to add a wine tasting to the workshop so each guest enjoyed 4 different wines. Thank you to Sarah for letting me host the workshop 🥰

Charcuterie workshops have been a huge hit for me this year. I was very apprehensive to start this, thinking that no one would book and I was quickly proven wrong! Thank you to everyone who has come to my workshops this year, I’ve had a blast not only teaching you all but having an evening of getting to know each other, constant laughs and a whole lotta fun ❤️ Thank you for all your kind messages, I screenshot them ALL! It means so much. I’ll definitely be booking more classes throughout 2025 so don’t worry if you missed this years! I will have new dates coming! I really look forward to teaching more of you next year ✨

I had the pleasure of making our homemade dessert platter for a beautiful wedding! This includes banoffee pots, chocolate mousse, strawberry cheesecake, lemon cheesecake, mini lemon meringue tartlets, biscoff rice crispy squares and strawberry, brownie and marshmallow skewers, a dessert lovers dream!! 🍓🍫
