We are seeking a skilled individual with a degree of kitchen experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have be team orientated and share a passion for quality and professionalism.

Duties:
- Oversee all aspects of food production in the kitchen
- Support in planning and creation of innovative menus
- Ensure high-quality dishes are served on time
- Manage kitchen staff and delegate tasks effectively
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Monitor food costs and minimize waste
- Collaborate with management to develop new recipes and promotions

Qualifications:
- Proven experience working as a Chef or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen operations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations

Its that time of year again to start gearing up for the festival season wooooo hooo!!!!!..... So why not kick off the season by joining our wonderful little family and tribe as a Steward at our beautiful Small World Festival near Headcorn in Kent!!...
Its 4 X 4 hour shifts over the 6 and half days so plenty of time off to have fun and make new friends, you get your wristband into the festival and a meal ticket for each shift with the option to do an extra shift or two for another meal ticket(s).
