Our outside events are in full swing.

Next Saturday 29th June you can find our Burger Box at Lochmaben Gala. We will be serving from 2-4pm and you can find us along with lots of other fantastic local businesses in the field at Lochmaben Primary School.

We will be serving up Galloway Beef Burgers, Brigston and Co Hotdogs, cold drinks and homemade snacks for you all to enjoy 🍔🌭🥤🧁🍪

On Saturday we had the privilege of providing all of the catering for Kirkconnel Gala to help them celebrate their 75th anniversary.

We provided lunches and afternoon tea in the afternoon and then the evening meal for their dance at night 🪩💃

The busy summer season is well underway.

Today we were asked by SAC Consulting to provide the catering for their Big Beef Roadshow at Knockenjig Farm.

We provided hot Galloway Beef Rolls and our homemade traybake to all of the attendees of the event. It was a privilege to be part of an event like this which aligns with our core values 🌱🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

As outside caterers we are well practised at being able to provide amazing food and exceptional service in almost any location 🤩

We have worked in a wide variety of both permanent and temporary venues including town halls and clients houses as well as the more challenging venues including farm sheds, marquees and fields. We keep a range of our own equipment and work closely with our cater hire company to meet our clients needs and provide a seamless service ✨

☀️ New Summer Menus ☀️

We have been busy developing new cold buffet menus in preparation for the busy summer season and they will go live on our website tomorrow. These have been designed to make use of the highest quality, locally produced, seasonal produce. They will also allow our clients more flexibility when selecting their dream menu and allows for full customisation to ensure a menu that exceeds your exacting requirements.

We’ve had an absolutely fantastic day today at Eat S.W. Scotland Larder of the Lowlands event at Easterbrook Hall.

It’s was great to meet lots of new suppliers and put names and faces to some of our existing suppliers.

These companies try their absolute hardest to champion the very best Scottish produce and we work with them and showcase it in as many of our dishes as possible and we think the results of that are some pretty special dishes 🤩🍽️

We love working with likeminded local suppliers and look forward to adding to this ever growing list with new ones from today.

Last week we were back at Dumfries Ice Bowl catering for another ladies competition. Ladies Who Curl - Dumfries

This time they chose a range of fresh salads with quiche and baked potatoes. This was followed by tea/coffee and our homemade traybake 😋

When we say we can cater anywhere, we really mean anywhere. We provided all equipment, crockery and cutlery alongside the food for this event 🤩
