Fitness classes in the Village Hall
Monday
5pm - Fitpump
6.15pm - Circuit Training
7.15pm - Fitpump
Wednesday
6pm - Circuit Training
7pm - Fitpump
Fitpump is based around your own step, using weights, kettlebells etc.
It's ideal for strength training, and involves core work, stretching and functional training.
Ages vary from 14 years to quite a few in their 70's. Those in their 70's have trained with me for 20-32 years, so if you're a beginner, will have to work your way up to be like them.
We get old, when we stop doing....
Circuit is a bit more energetic. Ages 12 - again 70 something.
More cardio on this, with weights too. Often running (some walk).
As long as you work at your level, you'll build up to the best you can be.
If you haven't trained for a while, it's always worth a chat first.
Places are limited, and I have a strict cancellation policy.
Classes are £8. Very good value, as I provide all the kit, music, insurance etc.
More than anything, we like to think we're training together for health, and to make new friends.
If you're apprehensive, you can start on a couple of PT sessions, then move into classes.
