a classic vicky sponge but give her a disco glow up 🧡🩷🪩🩷🧡

layers of victoria sandwiched with juicy strawberry jam and creamy vanilla buttercream, frosted with vibrant orange (a more difficult colour to reach than you’d expect) vanilla buttercream and a touch of sparkle 🪩 for a very special 60th at the STUNNING Wilderness Reserve.

Trying my hand at some traditional Swedish Kanelbullar (cardamom and cinnamon swirls!), even gave the plait n twist a go! The smells is unreal! ✨🍥🇸🇪

Special cake for a special chap. HBD 4️⃣0️⃣

Juicy, juicy, cinnamon-y, fruit filled, Star Wars carrot cake, filled with vanilla buttercream and frosted with a galaxy icing. There’s even a lil’ Vicky sponge Death Star hiding at the back! Tasty 🥕 ✨. And if that wasn’t enough, storm trooper marshmallows, and some fudge-y, gooey, salty brownies (not pictured cos they didn’t last long 😋).

The Suffolk Tarte; Russian Edition. Coming out of hibernation for this erupting dinosaur volcano complete with lava and fire 🔥 🦖 🦕 🌋 🌈.

Happy Birthdayyyyyyy, Oscar! You’re 4️⃣ today ✨

Fudgey chocolate sponge filled with chocolate ganache buttercream and strawberry jam. Coated in chocolate buttercream and a dark chocolate ganache drip. The volcano is a nesquik and marshmallowy tower of delicious-ness covered in chocolate topped off with an eruption of gooey jam as the lava. Decorated with Malteasers (yummm), Oreo soil and wafer details.

Handmade hats and party favours for the lil’ dinos by yours truly!
