This also works in reverse as it allows your guests to see you too.
A top table can mean you get to spend a key part of your wedding day surrounding by your closest family and friends.

After another busy weekend of weddings.

Team Minnie Bee's has certainly earned an early night!

There's been 4 of us making up the team here this last week and a whole host of flower stems have gone through HQ.

We're finally seeing light at the end of the extensive wedding tunnel.
I am working my way through more wedding quotations.

This week is the week.

But trust us, when they are done well. They really ARE a talking point or a feature piece if you will.

There's always been something about Autumn time for me.

It's just my favouritest season... There. I said it.

I just absolutely love it, all the botanicals come into their own, the seed pods, the berries, the hips, the fruits, the root vegetables.
Not to mention a snuggly jumper! Honestly all of it.

Florals which stand against one another so happily, varying in rich colours and vast varieties of texture.
It just makes me want to burst !!

Roll on more autumn feels please!.

Well turns out we made it...

And oh my goodness. What a summer it has been!

Finished with a very busy weekend, creating beautiful late summer florals for the extremely lovely Lauren and Henry's Wedding on Saturday.

Gorgeous autumnal sunshine.
A perfect local church setting followed by a marquee at their parents family home.

Beautiful soft, natural colour hues: yellows, lemons, greens and creams.

Seasonal blooms bursting with all the textures: from mixed Dahlias, spray Roses, trailing Amaranthus, Nigella, Craspedia, Alchemilla mollis, Tanacetum, Asters, Stocks, Freesias, Alstromeria, Veronica, Astilbe, Dill and Lysimachia.

The vastest combination of seasonal greens: Eucalyptus, Euronemus, Olive, Hops, Hornbeam, Rosemary, Scabiosa seed pods, Crocrosmia, corn, bunny tails and Grasses.

Wow. What a selection it was. We loved it!

Hello you very lovely people.

How did we get to June already?

We've been so very busy up at Minnie Bee's HQ.
Mostly working on weddings and events. We'll share a few photos of those soon.

We've also had a few private floral workshops booked in too.
Despite the miserable weather, why not brighten your home with a delicate dried door wreath.

Made entirely from dried flowers, foliages and grasses. They'll last forever too... (with the right care of course.)

Have we been busy?

Yes. Yes we have. Wedding season started back in March for us, so we've been flowering away since then.

Lots going on both in the workshop and at local venues so far.
We have had lots of seasonal goodness to enjoy! A vast mixture of blooms, foliages and plants in colours and textures galore, moving along with the ever changing seasons.

All the joys of spring went into this stunning funeral wreath we made for a very dear Grandma.

From: Roses, Ranunculus, Peonies, Tulips, Narcissus, Hellebores, Phlox, Syringia, Viburnum, Skimmia, Clematis, Freesia, Matthiola, Hypericum and Eustoma mixed with seasonal greens from our cutting bed.

Lots of colour and texture, just what we like.

We often get asked about styling. To be honest it kind of goes hand in hand with flowers.

I make no claimant to be a wedding stylist, however I am in fact a floral designer so naturally it becomes part of the occupation, styling a venue should be all about highlighting the florals to their fullest potential.
Showcasing them to gain the biggest impact you can. That point of wow. That personal touch that only you have! (Whatever the budget!)

Making them pop and complimenting their existence within a space, it should be the cherry on top of the sundea.

When budgeting for your wedding focus on the main event, for us that's flowers.
They will bring your dream day to life, make your pictures pop, they'll bring colour hues into spaces that personalise the space to your day.
In simple terms - Pick blooms to be remembered!

No one will notice if flowers aren't with in a space. But I guarantee they'll be blown away if flowers are!

Remember no ones looking at the back of a chair when they're sat on it. 😉

This top table was styled with flameless candles (in line with venue policy,) beautiful fruits of the season, cream ceramic vases all perfect to gift off to loved ones after your special day.
Simple... But hugely effective.

And I mean just check out that Ranunculus.... 0 introduction necessary.
