Staintondale 2023 Christmas Tractor Run

Thank you to everyone who took part in the Staintondale Christmas Tractor Run, all money has now been collected and the total raised on the night was £1126-14 divided equally between the Hall, Church and Air Ambulance. A big Thankyou to everyone who helped achieve ​this fantastic amount, it exceeded all our expectations. 🚜🚜🚜🚜

The organisers would like to thank all the lads, lasses, men and women driving the tractors. YOU were brilliant, and most of all you respected and did all we requested of you. So Thank you so much for that, especially when in our little village on your return. Look at this picture, why did I not go out to see this sight, AWESOME! ! and only one wheel mark on the verge, thank you so much to you all. Thank you to Chris Jones for sharing the pictures with us

Just wondering....did anyone take any pictures of those fantastic kids tractors on Friday night? I was whisked off in a vehicle on the run and didn't get chance to get any. I really would appreciate it if you could share them on here. Many thanks in advance Charlotte Sixsmith Anita Phillips Cumboots Dairy Farm They were all equally good so the judge decided everyone should be a winner, all were awarded with a rosette and selection box.

I didn't get a picture on the night but heres a picture of Bill Michellitus holding the trophy next to the winning decorated tractor his dad drove. Thank you to Scrutons for coming to Neils rescue when his own broke down at the last minute. Well done to that team from us all here at the Staintondale 2023 Christmas Tractor Run

We are supporting the Yorkshire Air Ambulance, Staintondale Village Hall and St John's Church at Staintondale.

Pie and Peas is included in the entry fee for both driver and passenger. All are welcome at the Village Hall for a Pie and Pea supper at £5 per person. The route is on the earlier post, don't forget we will be leaving at the earlier time 5-45pm due to road closure at Newby. Hi all. PLEASE NOTE - Due to the road closure at Newby the Christmas Tractor Run will leave Staintondale earlier than advertised. It will now leave the village at 5-45pm and pass through the following areas at the approximate times shown below. We are delighted to have a Yorkshire Farming TV celebrity join us on the run and at the village hall afterwards for their supper. Don't forget to order your Glaves pie & peas supper.
5-45pm leave Staintondale
5-55pm Cloughton
6pm Burniston
6-15pm Green Lane traffic lights
6-20pm Little Tescos traffic lights
6-25pm Peasholm roundabout
6-40pm Spa roundabout
6-55pm Peasholm roundabout
7-00pm pass little Tescos
7-05pm Burniston
7-10pm Cloughton
7-20pm Staintondale
