If you were “out out” in Scarborough on a Thursday in the 90’s then you’ve heard this guys voice , often calling “Armadillos!” as he soundtracked the beginning of the long weekend at Laughtons Nightclub in Huntriss Row.

Philip Laycock rammed out Laughtons every Thursday in a time when if you weren’t in by 1030pm you were queuing and we mean quuuuuuuueuing !!!!

We’re thrilled to have added Phil to our March 15th line up , known for his various signature tunes ; Puppananni, Because the night , Total Eclipse of the Heart, to name just a few we’re sure Phil’s set is going to bring back some memories and maybe a castaway or two !!

Join us in 2025 ….

Wow 2024 what a festival we had !!!

From Toploader headlining to amazing performances by The Bohemians and The Bryan Adams Experience we were truly spoilt

magic mike entertained the kids whilst Sound Booth DJs Scarborough silent disco went down a storm , and Pure Entertainment Group unharnessed their giant dinosaurs to roam our arena 🦖

Evading Straights made their debut with us, Rocketsmith smashed a tent full of England supporters and Boomin kept us dancing in the rain !

Power DC wowed the crowds, LSK catering fed the masses and Starbright Hideaways looked after our glampers perfectly

All of this covered by the amazing team at Coast and County Radio 📻

Too many to mention but thank you to all who worked on the event, all of our suppliers and everybody who bought a ticket and attended Staxtonbury

We appreciate you and hope to see you in 2025

What a year 2024 was
