Two beautiful weddings this weekend..
A drive to York on Friday… we served a selection of canapés followed by a choice of starters, mains and desserts.
A lovely local wedding on Saturday, we served soup, roast dinner and Yorkshire puddings and a cake stand of mixed desserts.

It’s been a very very busy couple of weeks, we have traveled all over, weddings, christenings and other events going on. The weather isn’t always treating us well! It’s very hard to take lots of pictures and remember to update the socials… a tiny snippet of recents ⬆️

Three weddings in four days 🙏🏼
Summer season is in full swing, we have served a lot of lovely guests over the past four days, cooked a lot of day and evening food, but not had time to take pics!

🍴Thai fish cakes/whipped feta Tom bruschetta (v)
🍴 Hot ham carved at the table, Cumberland sauce
🍴Trio - lemon tart, choc brownie, meringue and berry compote

Boss man Mikey is running the Great North run on Sunday , for Saint Catherine’s hospice, a charity very close to him and so many others.
If anyone can spare a £ to sponsor him, it’s a great cause and will really help him over the finish line… especially as I’m not giving him a day off on Saturday to save his legs!
