We need your help! 😫

It’s not very often we have weekends like this but due to Storm Darragh rolling in we have hundreds of bakes left which will all go to waste if we can’t get them sold this weekend.

We’ve decided that tommorow we will open at the Bakery in Winterton to try and shift some of our stock. This includes cupcakes brownies, blondies and stuffed cookies too.

This week has been one of the most stressful I think I’ve ever had as a business owner. Small businesses are having a hard enough time at the minute without worrying if they’ll be able to pay bills, staff wages etc on what should be the busiest month of the year. 😣

As most of you know I’m not one to moan as we’ve had such a great year but the last few weeks have really hit us hard with the amount of cancellations we’ve had to make.

If you are fancying a sweet treat this Sunday pop and see us we would really appreciate it and if you can’t make it give us a like and a share in the hopes of letting people know where we are 🫶🏻💗

Our much-loved Christmas Market is set to go ahead this weekend, spreading festive cheer and Christmas spirit despite the blustery weather forecast. While Storm Darragh threatens high winds and rain, we've adapted the event to ensure visitors can still enjoy the magic of the season.

Some of the usual stalls will not be here as it is unsafe to put up gazebos on the main lawn, but here's what you can expect:

🎁 Indoor stalls: A cosy collection of stalls will be nestled inside the Hall and Park Education Rooms, offering festive gifts, crafts, and goodies

🎄 Sheltered courtyard traders: Many traders will set up shop in the courtyard's shelter, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere

🍴 Festive food & drinks: Food trailers will be serving delicious treats on the main lawn, while the outdoor bar will keep spirits high with mulled wine, cider, and warming hot drinks.

We’ll be sharing updates throughout the day to keep you informed about the traders joining us and any changes to the setup.

So bundle up, grab your scarves, and come join us for a heart-warming Christmas experience at Normanby Hall – we’ll be making this a weekend to remember, wind, rain or shine! 🎅🎶

We know this is early, but this year we are running a Christmas Tree collection with all proceeds going to Candlelighters.

As most people know two years ago, we found out our youngest son Bruce had cancer. It’s been a rollercoaster few years but one of the biggest sources of help and support for my family had been Candlelighters. It’s hard to put into words the help they have given us and so we wanted to do something to give something back to them.

We will be collecting and recycling Christmas trees for a minimum £5 donation with all proceeds going to Candlelighters.
