A very busy day, facepainting, at Barrow Fest today. I did however, manage to get a few photos. I had a 10 min comfort break in 4 hours!

Happy New Year everyone. I have reached 300 followers! Thank you for your continued support. I could not have done it without each of you. 🙏🤗🎉
It's been a trying time, what with Covid, then folks not wanting gatherings like they used to. I had a couple of minor surgeries last year, so couldn't really promote myself, as I didn't know if I'd be up to working. All is now good for 2024 and I look forward to doing some more private parties and public events too 🤡

A very pretty workplace at Tealby in the Lincolnshire Wolds today. A lovely drive there and back through some stunning countryside. I passed 2 fields of cow slips, I have never seen so many!

The children and adults were smashing and very appreciative. I performed a comedy magic show and 2 hours face painting. I was only painting simple faces but with 30 minutes before the end I numbered the children and managed to paint another 18 faces 😲 Not my finest work but it kept the masses happy and earned me a £20 tip 😁

2 great parties recently.
A private party last week in Blyton and a Coronation celebration for Lodge Moors Community Centre yesterday, . I even got hugs from the children at the end 😊
Today I'm going to a Community gathering at Tealby near Market Rasen with a show and face painting 🥳

Just back from a lovely 6th birthday party for Sophie, at Westcliff Community Centre. I provided music, balloon modelling, pass the parcel and action dances alongside their bouncy castle 😃

A great evening face painting. I had a great backdrop and the staff and customers were all lovely. Staff kept popping by and asking me if I was ok and supplying me with cups of tea and a very nice hot dog with proper Lincolnshire sausage 😋

Happy Easter everyone 🐣
I haven't posted for a while so just a little update.
This week I entertained with mix and mingle, puppets and balloons at the playscheme based in St Lukes School. It was a lovely warm day so I did mostly inside but a little outside too 🌞 It is often difficult to find ways to engage with physically and/or mentally challenged young people, however Wednesday's group were a delight to entertain and ,in the majority, very responsive.
I would like to thank the staff who were very welcoming too.
I must have done something right as the supervisor enquired about bookings further afield 😁
All in all a very positive and uplifting day, despite my phone screen dying just before I started work!

Last Saturday I finally got to do Oliver's party over in Hull. It had been postponed from December, as one of his family got Covid. Anyway he and his friends had a great time at his 'Un Birthday Party' 😄

Just back from a great party in Hull for 8 year old Kieran. We had fab time, only a few kiddies but they got to do loads of magic and circus stuff. The grown ups were a laugh too, not only watching but insisting on having a go at animal karaoke. I have so missed entertaining, great to be back 😃

I had a fantastic time at Priory Lane Primary School last month, 3 shows in 1 day as part of their pupil reward scheme.
Today I have just got 4 days work, at the Holiday Club being held at my old senior school, in August. 2 days circus skills and 2 days balloon workshops. I am a very happy Flo 😊

Well that went very well despite the pouring rain and small audience (all in full wet weather clothes). I made a bunting corral and dug out some old magic tricks I could do solo. The audience of 6, 5 year olds were lovely and I even got a tip 😃
