Hello lovely people!
We are doing one of our famous Scotch Egg and sausage roll batch cooks this Thursday 12th October. This time we are also making Chorizo Mac n Cheese or a plain Mac n Cheese as a main option.

Our Mac N Cheese was one of our most popular options during our Meals on Wheels adventures. Made with 3 cheeses in our very own secret recipe, it is very naughty but oh so nice!

We already have a 3/4 full order book so if you would like some scrummy scotch eggs or indulgent Mac n Cheese, inbox us now or comment below.

The great thing is, the food is healthier, more nutritious, locally sourced and tastes double pure BOSS!!!

Unfortunately this is life for many small business owners at the minute with rising costs everywhere we look. Please please support the little guys dreams to serve you lovely people otherwise they won't be around much longer. It's not nice having to write posts like this not looking for sympathy just want you to think of us little guys when deciding to eat 😂 otherwise your high streets are going to look very generic when it's just the franchise's left. 🙄🫣😮‍💨

I still find it hard to believe that people queue up for the crap sold at the likes of Gregg’s when you have this award-winning local independent on St. John’s Road!
We all post how upset we are to lose local artisanal businesses but we need to act before we lose the heart and soul of our communities!!

2 staff ✅ freshly baked stock ✅ Hand made all stock ✅ coffees ✅ salads✅ Ice cream ✅ Pie dinner sides ✅….electricity- Ovens to bake - Gas water to wash up- all the other stuff…Trading Hours Today 10-3 ( not behind the scenes hours ! ( Sadly this is becoming the norm not a odd day )
I would usually feel weird about posting something like this however this is my livelyhood , my hard work being thrown under the bus.
Support your local independents before next time you look around and they have gone. To be fair few more weeks of this nonsense and we won’t be here selling specialist pies etc we will had turned into another “ bacon n egg - lasagne cafe “ use it or lose it!

We are catering for a fine dining event in April, and Paul is busy refining his menu.
This Seabass on a bed of crushed roasted new potatoes with parsley sauce was immense!!
Other menu items will be sampled over the next week or so. One of the many perks of marrying a Chef!!! 😋😋🐝🐝

Panko battered chicken escalope
Roasted red peppers
Mozzarella
Prosciutto
Sundries tomatoes
Cornicons
Balsamic glaze
American mustard.
Nestled between lovely sourdough bread.

The only challenge is how to get it all in your mouth!
