On Air Dining’s logistics team is essential, connecting the kitchen, customer experience team, and customers. We use our own refrigerated vehicles, with drivers employed and vetted according to UK CAA guidelines, and all vehicles have full airside insurance. We have a “no drop off” policy, meaning drivers deliver and unpack food directly on the aircraft to ensure top service and accommodate last-minute requests. We serve all UK airports and have highloaders stationed at Stansted, Farnborough, and Luton airports for large corporate airliners and ACJs/BBJs. Additionally, we provide cutlery, crockery, trolley, and linen washing services.
