Lovely catered for this weekend using seasonal local produce with a little bit of Asian canapes thrown in. 155 plates of slow braised with chestnuts, pears & celeriac purée. Shallots, & Kentish blue cheese tart tart in with truffle oil & fennel, chicory & apple salad.

Lovely today for one of my oldest clients of over 10yrs. Real chance to create some great food & have some fun. coronation chicken - crispy chicken skin, curried chicken terrine, date ketchup, curry Mayo, pickle apple
Thai crab - crispy wonton, crab Mayo, mango gel, pickled cucumber & chilli. Crispy serano ham, pea foam & pickled veg - bbq lobster & saffron risotto, smoked heritage tomatoes, fennel & lemon pickle, chorizo crisps. - bbq fillet of beef, truffle beef cheek croquette, wasabi pea purée, chimichurri sauce. - white choc parfait, pimms jelly, strawberry marshmallow, strawberries, strawberry, mint & balsamic gel with raspberry sorbet & crush meringue.
