Hello! Sorry for the radio silence people - it’s been our busiest week yet.
We’ve been providing hospitality catering for BV Dairy, Duffields and Red Lynch Tractors up at Gillingham and Shaftesbury Show.
Absolutely enjoyed every minute but ready to sleep for a week.
Huge shout out to The Dorset Country Kitchen, Portia and Cakes by Debbie for all the delicious treats you supplied, they were loved by all! Not forgetting my amazing team who worked their socks off.

We are now on holiday and back on September 3rd ready to hit the ground running with lots of amazing bookings.

We provided individual afternoon tea graze boxes.

The sausage rolls, brownies and fresh berries were particularly lovely. I was able to provide disposable plates, serviettes & knives, we joined friends sitting out of the rain in a cute “cabana” to enjoy eating our food before and during interval of Madama Butterfly at Dorset Opera Festival”

Despite the weather trying to its best to be as wet and gloomy as possible, it was fab to see a few turn out for the free outdoor cinema hosted by Shaftesbury Town Council and to raise funds for a local charity - The Brave and Determined Company.

We definitely showed true British spirit to carry on regardless!

This was our only Shaftesbury event this year and a fabulous idea for the local community.

We also had the pleasure of providing Canapés for the Mayor and his guests, which was enjoyed by all.

Wow another fabulous day, let’s support local!

Another glorious sunny day down at Bere Marsh Farm in Shillingstone and we are open.

Today is going to be all about the Purbeck Ice Cream, what better way to cool down than to enjoy a real dairy ice cream.

We also have a new product to trial, perfect for the smaller ones to nibble on, Nutella straws.

So let’s celebrate this weather and make the most of it, we are here until 4pm today and tomorrow 9.30-4pm

A lovely plattered graze for 12 heading out of the door tomorrow to feed some excited hens!

Got an event coming up? These can be done the night before and stored in a fridge, so all you have to do is present for your guests to enjoy.

The original graze was created at the start of our journey as Black Cat Catering and is still a firm favourite.

Another busy day at HQ, a mixed buffet will be winging its way to Dorchester later this afternoon.

This one has been plattered to keep the vegetarian and meat separate so all guests can enjoy. We have also pre wrapped the sandwiches for a pescatarian.

Well we are back with a bang! After a much needed break the ovens are hot and the baking has commenced.

A lovely selection of cakes winging their way to Guys Marsh Prison tomorrow for their staff medal ceremony.

Sadly no rest for the wicked as the same again to be baked for Thursday.

Thankfully it’s a little cooler outside today though.

A couple of weeks ago we were contacted by a lovely family who needed some catering for a christening. Delighted to say we were able to squeeze them in and produced our Deluxe Graze plus a sweet graze to celebrate after the ceremony.
Featuring our very good friends Godminster, Olives Et Al and The Real Cure. Also using the last of our fabulous chutney from Bohemian Dorset who sadly have no hung up their aprons.

The colours, the taste, the textures and perfectly placed on each platter.

I am looking for a trained Barista to work alone at my coffee trailer on 27/28th April.
Hours to be discussed but duties to include
*opening up and closing down
*set up mini shop and condiment table
*serving hot drinks, cold drinks, sweet/savoury snacks and taking payment
*refilling stock as necessary
*emptying bins at end of day
*keeping trailer clean and tidy during the day
*clean down at end of day

If anyone has any recommendations or can help please do let me know.
