OK - so this post is what is proverbially known as a 💩💩💩 sandwich !!

Winter Rocks is less than 2 weeks away and all the team are buzzing to see your glorious faces for what will be an incredible weekend of music, fun and frolics - exactly what you’d expect from an Upstaged event
🍞🍞

However, tough competition is everywhere and we have fallen victim to lower ticket sales than we would normally expect. To ensure the greatest experience and atmosphere for both bands and punters alike, we have made the tough decision that all bands will play the smaller room all weekend. The adjacent bar will be open for chill space and quiet time.
This decision will also make much needed savings on venue and crew hire such that we’re not in a nasty financial hole. We thank Jake at The Corp for being super understanding and helping us with this matter

Saving the best news till last, we can now reveal that The Bites will be playing a special stripped back set for our Saturday VIP session. These guys are hot property right now and we are super stoked they said YES when we went knocking at their door.

We are confident that this will still be the most awesome of weekends - trust us, you are in safe hands, we tell it like it is - this is not a failure, moreover; we are rising from a fall 💪💪

One thing this does mean is that tickets are now limited and we’re down to the last 25 each day to make it a sell out - do not delay, get on it people. ✌🏻✌🏻

Upstaged are happy to confirm the full line up for Winter Rocks Festival at Corporation, Sheffield on 1st & 2nd December.

Saturday night we are delighted to welcome headliners Black Spiders who will bring their massive wall of sound to the main stage, Corporation Sheffield The band’s hotly anticipated new album “Can’t Die, Won’t Die” will be released on 12.05.23.

Friday night headliners Trucker Diablo from Northern Ireland will “Drink Beer Destroy” as they get the festivities into full swing with the spirit of rock n roll set free from their amps.

Hollywood party rock n rollers THE BITES also join the Saturday line up as Special Guests. Recently signed to Earache Records, The Bites are primed to drop jaws with their garage rock rhythms & gargantuan choruses.

Saturday's main stage is warmed up with the impeccable americana vibes of Tom Killner who is no stranger to the many venues of Sheffield. Blasting back into the limelight with a new album on the horizon Molly Karloff and opening the main stage are Sheffield’s very own Lowdrive.

Friday is completed with the powerful melodic metal of special guests Skarlett Riot fast rising NWOCR act The Hot One Two & London’s frenetically fierce Prymå

Winter Rocks second stage headliners Continental Lovers harness the true rock n roll spirit with their magnificent flamboyance akin to early Manic Street Preachers. Melodic punks Hell's, Moskito & LaVire complete a heavily Lincolnshire based line up.
