We absolutely loved doing this set up yesterday for Mya’s 13th birthday - Her first birthday as a teenager celebrating in style with all of her friends in our bell tent 🩷 well done to Katie for the amazing job she did! Smashed it 🩷

It was even nicer that we got to see the birthday girls reaction in person and we are so happy to have played a part in giving her memories to cherish.

We look forward to seeing you again very soon!

Please note - We are available throughout the week during the school summer holidays 📚

Any bookings that are made between Sunday - Thursday will receive a 10% discount 💰
Any bookings for 2+ days will be discounted - please message to enquire.

Saturdays do tend to book up quick, so please do book early to avoid any disappointment.

There is nothing nicer than hearing that the people enjoying our bell tent really do have the best time and appreciate our vision. We always go above and beyond and try to put ourselves in the headspace of the people using our tent so that they really do have fun ⛺️

We are so so lucky to have had the nicest customers, and the feedback from this weekends set-up was amazing 🥰

Just a very quick post to update everyone on our near availability for our 4 metre bell tent.

May is now fully booked other than the below dates ⬇️

✨ 17th - 19th May
✨ 24th - 27th May (Bank holiday weekend)

✨ 1st June - Only Saturday is available.
✨ 7th - 9th June
✨ 14th - 16th June
✨ 21st - 23rd June
✨ 28th - 30th June

We do have ongoing enquiries regarding June dates, but these will go fast so please confirm your booking early avoid any disappointment.

We understand that many people may want to decorate and furnish the bell tent themselves. But, we’ll be involved as much or as little as you want us to be with the set up ☺️

🛌 Bedding is also now INCLUDED with each overnight sleepover hire - Quilt, pillow and bedding which is dry cleaned and stored away hygienically before each hire.

🪩 We will always discuss any themes / ideas that you have and will do our best to decorate to accommodate your theme where possible.

Perfect for camping in sleeping bags as the bell tent fits up to 8 people when floor sleeping (or) to fully furnish yourself for an event.

💕 Todays Sweet 16th Set Up In Our 4M Bell Tent 🏕️

‼️THE IMPORTANT STUFF ‼️

Delivery / deposit / cancellation / hire terms.

1. 🚚 Delivery is free in Sheffield, but we will set up in most outside areas within Yorkshire for a small fuel charge.

2. We require a small £25 refundable security / booking deposit which will secure your hire date and will be returned to you upon collection once we have collected the tent and equipment (and we have checked that there is no losses or damages)

3. Payment for the agreed hire period is required in full on the day that we set up.

4. If your hire is cancelled within 7 days of the pre-agreed hire start, unfortunately the £25 refundable security / booking deposit will be non-refundable as we will struggle to re-fill the date at such late notice.

5. Unfortunately we do not hire out for actual festival hire due to the large cleaning fee associated with a muddy bell tent, but a festival themed garden party - HELL YES!!! 🏳️‍🌈
