An outside catering company started by two local chefs with experience ranging from fine dining to
roadside jerk BBQ. All food cooked using fresh ingredients and traditional recipes focusing on doing a few dishes to a high level - nothing comes from a packet! The speciality lies in jerk and fish but there aren't many cuisines that our chefs cannot produce; we will strive to meet any requests when
