Hello all your Bright and lovely people, hope all is well? Just to let you know that there is a very rare chance to see, live in your own home, two fantastic musicians, Karen Tweed and Timo Alakotila, tomorrow night via Live To Your Living Room.
They released a seminal album called May Monday many years ago and have reunited to tour it again this year. If The Greystones had a grand piano, we would have put them on there ourselves!
This concert will be coming from Orkney, from a beautiful house, with a beautiful view and with many very special guests.
A real extravaganza of great music, from the best seat in your house!

Thanks to everyone who came to see O'Hooley & Tidow - what a lovely evening! Up next, it's May Monday & Friends on 1st October. Karen Tweed and Timo Alakotila will be tuning in live from Orkney as they mark their 25th anniversary of making music together.

They'll be joined by a whole host of special guests, including Marion Göbel (cello), Ursula Leveaux (bassoon), Douglas Montgomery (fiddle), David McNeish (vocals, guitar, piano, poems, stories) and James Groat (guitars, banjo, mandolin), all brought together by compere Cameron Stout (BBC Radio Orkney). Hello all! What a lovely autumn day it is here in Sheffield, and what a perfect autumn evening you could have, by coming along to St Andrew's Church, Psalter Lane, to listen to the wonderful English Fiddle Ensemble!
Nether Edge Festival asked Live at Sam's to programme something wonderful for this evening, and so Sam chose the gorgeous sound of these excellent musicians, who fit that particular bill very well.

Hello everyone! The marvellous Live At Sam's team has asked us to co-promote some great music with them in Sheffield and we're excited to let you all know about them.
I'm sure many of you will know Sam and will have been to his fantastic house concerts already. Sam has also been promoting larger concerts at St Andrews Church on Psalter Lane in Sheffield and we're delighted that he's asked us to team up and do some more of them together.
I'll share details of upcoming gigs in the comments below, but do follow the Live At Sam's page also, as he may well be quicker off the mark than me at getting info up there! Live At Sam's also has a great website which is regularly updated so keep an eye on that.
