What a memory Angie Brown ❤ So much love for you Always ❤

Been asked a few times recently if i'm coming out of retirement now I have almost 1.4 functioning ears...

The truth is I don't know, my resistance is my music career was never really about the money it was about atmosphere, love, connection and making people happy through events and moments like this...

These days all I see is endless selfies, people more focused on getting smashed & what they are wearing than the music and dancing that equates to sticking one arm in the air every 32 beats.... if they can be arsed

Each to their own, i have no right to judge but its not to me...

I want to see people lost in the moment, dancing like crazy, smiling from ear to ear, hugging, embracing, enjoying the experience...hedonism and escapism in all one.....

Deep down i don't know if they can ever be recreated....

What do you guys reckon?

Why am I running 200 miles? Simple, for Alfie.

Alfie is the son of my friend Chris Mitchell and since January I’ve been captivated by this incredible young man, his positivity, his smile and his ability to get up and fight, not once ever having felt sorry for himself.

At the tender age of 3 fighting with a smile on his face and being grateful for each day is all he knows, despite already facing & overcoming more adversity than most of us will ever face in a lifetime.

SMASHING through chemotherapy he is out of intensive care, in remission and ready to fight the long road ahead like the Warrior he is with his incredible family around him

He has become my inspiration, my courage & my source of strength and will be drawing on his toughness & determination with every mile.

It’s an honour to help Alfie help Footprints a Conductive Education that transforms the live of children living with mobility and communication difficulties.

In the 200 miles with will start on 29th May at Rother Valley Country Park i’ll be leaving 500,0000 footprints for Alfie.
