So looking forward to this Sundays Paint n sips sessions .., we have just a couple of places in the 10.30 am session .. it’s really good fun … even if you think you can’t paint .. you have everything at hand and the lovely Philippa to guide you .to create a wonderful rainbow highland cow … treats are also included … a fabulous way to spend a few hours in a Sunday !

We have two sessions on Sunday September 29th …there are just a few places left on each session ..you can book via the link …..it’s a wonderful way to bring out your “ inner artist ! “ even if you think you’re not !! You will have all the guidance to create a masterpiece to take home and have lots of fun in the meantime ! Well here’s September ….🌺🌻🌼 and an exciting month ahead …with lots of floral opportunities…this week we will be taking part in The Ushaw college Flower Festival…we have weddings , flower demonstrations , lots of workshops ahead …and some fabulous designing for daily gifts and flower orders ……

Good evening …well being approached two weeks ago by a lovely lady as we were sitting in the nail bar .” She announces I did her wedding flowers …25 years ago..what a lovely surprise to find that out , as I may have never of recognised her, if id passed her in the street… a day later someone else stopped me in the street and said I’d done her flowers 21years ago…so that being said …its been making me think and it’s prompted this post …Go on …please share your wedding flowers with me ..I’d love to be reminded of your special days ……🌺🌸🌼

Starting tomorrow 10-7 pm and Saturday 10-3 pm …at The Old Bank 4, Main Street Shildon ..free parking 🚙

… However we have lots of lovely flowers in and British grown flowers ( Pinks flower farm grown in cotherstone ) too ready for many flower demonstrations , taster sessions ..and beautiful arrangements to purchase …
So if you have a fancy to have a go …talk about or ask questions about floral , fauna , plants then why not drop by ..refreshments too all day ☕️🫖🍪🧁

We will have taster sessions throughout the day , try your hand a making something a little unusual even ? and chat to us about anything Flora and Fauna …Houseplants ……🪴We will also be running a couple of competitions for all ages …and a treasure quiz for under 13years …….and free prize draws to win some amazing floral designs …We have such an amazing building and I know people are curious about the history of the building and we also have some amazing facts about our town too …..curious??? …🤔…I bet you are ..we have a legacy book too that we would like you to write in about your memories of the Old Bank …We look forward to you popping in …☕️🧁🥤🍪…… ..
