NEWS: Broom Hill Festival is joining forces with The Cotswolds Distillery on Saturday 17th August. The event will be at the Distillery site near Stourton featuring King Pleasure And The Biscuit Boys, Yellow Dog (featuring Kenny Young), Reverend Robert, Hipkiss, The Cotswolds Distillery All Stars Band (with Oliver Darling), The Magnificent AK-47 Choir, and The Mojitos. Tickets will be available soon at: www.cotswoldsdistillery.com

The first full scale distillery in the Cotswolds, England. We are serious about making great spirits, but we’re also doing this for the fun of it!

Just over a week to go, so get your tickets in advance as they're cheaper. A stellar line up and news that Oliver Darling will have Al Gare (ex Imelda May double bass player, and Dean Beresford (Richard Hawley's drummer) on board. Great location in a remote field on the Oxfordshire / Warwickshire border. Parking, camping, and music all in one field. Music in an open-sided marquee.

Brilliant line up of friends and family for the 2018 Festival with Mike Vernon headlining. If you are 'of an age' you will remember Mike for his work with John Mayall (Bluesbreakers Beano Album with Eric Clapton), early Fleetwood Mac (with Peter Green), Chicken Shack, Duster Bennett, and the great Blues Jam at Chess album, plus many more stunning productions right up to his recent work with Laurence Jones. Same field as the original Festival between Winderton and Epwell on the Warwickshire / Oxfordshire border.

I have a spare 30 minute slot at the Broom Hill Festival tomorrow at around 2 30pm if any musicians out there are interested? We are particularly keen to encourage young musicians to play. And it will be sunny! It's about 6 miles from Shipston-on-Stour in south Warwickshire.
