🤍Edinburgh🤍

Throwback to Kirstin’s gorgeous wedding back in 2019!! (Yes my unshared archives really do go back that far 🙈)

She chose one of my favourite crepe fabrics to work with which has got the best drape but also makes a beautifully flawless corset!

We added some really subtle lace appliqués to her waist and hips & used that same lace on her veil!

Married in our beautiful capital Edinburgh, with a wee hike up the hills with providing the stunning images!

🤍 Olivia 🤍

Been a little quiet on here last week or so- wedding season has officially greeted me with enthusiasm! Lol

I absolutely LOVED the beading Olivia chose for her gown with the beautiful shimmering detail and 3D flowers. It just worked so perfectly with the style of the gown!

Bralet style bodice, with a fitted fishtail skirt and dramatic long train giving all the glam vibes! 🤍 I love the unique nature of every gown I work on, truly reflect each brides individual style and personality!

🤍Floral Embroidery 🤍

For Ruth’s gown she chose a beautiful floral embroidery. We decided to have a very detailed bodice & use the more delicate sections of lace to fade into her skirt.

With little hand made buttons stretching the full length of her gown to her train hem. Using the same lace, we then created a dramatic custom length veil which completed her look beautifully!

Lace placement is one of my favourite things to do. Every piece is hand cut, place and stitched to gowns & I love how detailing really brings a design to life!

🤍 Personalised Veils 🤍

Cristina brought her veil to me wanting extra detail added to it!

I created a customised embroidery with a meaningful phrase ‘Forever Ever’ and the couples initials, framing each section with a crest of stunning beaded lace. Adding the extra drama that she wanted to complete her beautiful bridal look!

🌴I Do in Paradise🌴

Soft pastel pink and light floaty tulle was the perfect choice for Susanna who married in tropical paradise of Trinidad and Tobago.

As she was getting married near the ocean I sourced two laces that reflected coral or reef vibes. One which we used as a layer underneath the tulle and the other for the more prominent detailing on her bodice.

I mean just look at these pictures…..if I wasn’t desperate for a holiday already - I definitely am now 😂 Absolutely stunning 🤍

🤍Elegant Simplicity 🤍

Crepe satin is one of my favourite fabrics to work with, especially for gowns like Stephi’s.

She had originally bought a dress from a retailer that had gold glitter sparkle all over which was beautiful but didn’t feel quite her so….we set to work creating this gown 🤍

Keeping the silhouette really clean with a little bit of pleating and drape for detail. Accessorised with an Italian tulle custom length veil.

Think we can all agree she looked absolutely stunning on her big day.

🤍NutMeg Minis🤍

I hope you all had a lovely Easter weekend 🐣 Hunting and rolling those eggs!

Nutmeg Minis is something that launched around my wedding as I wanted my flower girls to match my own gown.

I can create custom gowns for all your little people to match yours. 🤍

This elegant 3D floral lace Rebecca chose for her own gown was perfect for fading into the skirt! And it looked so pretty on the wee ones dresses too.

How precious are these photos? I loved seeing it all come together on the day. Rebecca & the little ones looking stunning in their silk chiffon gowns 🤍

🤍Bespoke Capes🤍

This one still is one of my favourite capes I’ve made over the years. The woven fabric used was so unique, flecked with little sequin & dots. Low back and high neckline matched her dress. Double Trimmed with beautifully soft feathers 🤍

I also altered Roshni’s gown to fit perfectly - She looked so effortlessly cool.

And she got married at the same venue as me - honestly couldn’t recommend this venue enough for a beautifully relaxed barn style weddings with good vibes and food! Holds a very special place in my heart.

🤍3D Flower Lace 🤍

Lesley had found the silhouette of dress she liked whilst dress shopping however couldn’t find one with 3D detail.

A lot of my brides are in the same predicament. Liking elements of different dresses but can’t find the one that brings it all together……que me 💁🏻‍♀️🪡🧵

Although we come up with the initial design together often things get tweaked during the mock up stage to perfect it!

Lesley was so much fun to work with and I absolutely loved her gown & veil that I made to match 🤍

🤍Bespoke Additions🤍

Laura came to me with her beautiful Berta wedding gown wishing to add bespoke sleeves and a veil.

I sourced a 3D floral lace that worked beautifully with the detailing already on her gown and created these subtle additions that complimented her look perfectly!

Finishing with making alterations to her bust cups , bodice, zip and hem 🤍 (only offer alts if creating bespoke additions or redesign)

& wow!!! These images from her big day by are just stunning! behind her perfect locks & with the blooms - dream team! 🤍

🌹NutMeg’s Rose 🌹

How stunning does Elspeth look in her red rose silk gown? This is one of my favourite fabrics to work with and the 3D lace detail just added that perfect little bit of texture and sparkle.

Elspeth’s ceremony was actually up a hill and everyone was in hiking gear so she wowed her guest showing up at her reception in this beautiful gown!

The colour suited her complexion beautifully and the cut out back detail was 🫶🏻 I used some of the smaller flowers from her lace to make hair pins!

An elegant design in a beautiful crepe with subtle pearl details on the sleeves & veil. I love working on designs like this, simple lines combined with the perfect fit are just as impactful as more detailed gowns & this certainly suited Monica’s style to perfection!

She turned up to most of her fittings having just ran some crazy distance as part of her marathon training which was mind blowing! Especially for me who was just getting gradually rounder with baby no2 lol.

Whether getting married in a castle, barn or beach, can a train ever be too big…..no, the answer is no 😊🤍

I love these images of Ainsleigh’s wedding on the beach (in Scotland☀️) her gown detailed with the most beautiful star embroidery!

And big 👏🏻to , her photographer for making sure her train was perfect in every picture!

Lydia’s original design idea was totally different, however throughout the mock up process she realised she wanted something a little more relaxed for her beautiful woodlands/barn wedding at

So we changed the mock up, creating a two piece with a beautiful boxy style top made from 3D flower lace!

The bespoke process is truly fluid, during the mock up process we will work through your design until it feels 100% perfect for you. 🤍

🤍The Veil Edit 🤍

It is not just dresses I design but veils, capes and accessories too! As well as creating accessories for my bridal gown clients, brides can bring me their gowns and I will source detailing to match.

Whether a scattering of tiny crystals or beautiful 3D flowers & lace, everything from tulle colour to the tiniest details are considered.

All these beautiful ladies brought their gowns to me & as well as additions, redesign and alterations to their gowns (in order) I also created their veils 🤍

🤍Happy Mothers Day to the Best 🤍

You know I had to make sure my mum had a NutMeg Dress for my wedding - I used the same Chantilly lace on her gown as I did on my own so we would match.

Her dress had a steely pink silk lining, accessorised with a sparkly belt and necklace. Mum is the original sparkly magpie of the family….now you all know where I got it from ✨😜
