How do we make our Birria?

We start by slow cooking a combination of beef brisket and chuck in a spicy marinade for between 8 and 10 hours. This is a slooow process. Then we pull the beef and keep the sauce to one side... we use the sauce to dip our tortilla, we fold and grill with a cheese blend and serve with the sauce on the side for dipping...
