This year I will be taking on the Great North Run again, the first time for a number of years. However this year I will be raising money for a very special charity, one of which I have been privileged enough to see first hand the amazing work they do. The Royal British Legion provides lifelong support to serving and ex-serving military personnel, and their families. Please can you help them to continue to provide this expert rehabilitation and support by donating as much or as little as you can, it does genuinely help.
