WE LOVE RAINBOW SCARF PLAY! 🌈
Our Welshpool wrigglers loved our rainbow scarves this morning! 😍
Did you know the rainbow scarves have so many benefits to early development?
They can:
💜 Develop fine motor skills as they reach to grab and touch each scarf
💛 Strengthen eye muscles and tracking when you are waving the scarf
💜 Help manipulate a shape using soft fabric
💛 Encourage imaginative play by games such as peekaboo
💜 Enhance touch and sight senses
Rainbow scarves are great fun for all ages and our mixed groups love them. We can turn them into capes, play peekaboo with them, and, of course, throw them up high!

Lights and LED Stars are firm favourites 😍
Toddlers and babies are captivated by high-contrast and bright colors. They are drawn to visual stimuli and our disco lights can provide just that. Flashing lights can be beneficial for little ones as they provide visual stimulation and can aid in developing visual tracking 👀
The LED colour changing stars are cool and calming lights that slowly morph from one colour to the next to create a calming yet mesmerising effect. The bright lights and changing colors will keep babies entertained and engaged, making them the perfect prop at our Jiggy Babies classes ⭐️
We often use these props during our lullabies at the end of class and our wrigglers love them ❤️
