I wanted to reintroduce myself and share a bit about my work week 😊
I’m Anna, and I’m ridiculously passionate about spending my time in my studio, creating beautiful, bespoke wedding stationery for you and have been helping couples set the tone for their special day for many years! I’ve put my heart and soul in to building my little business and I’m super proud to be where I am today.
But, my love for weddings doesn’t stop at paper and ink! ✍🏻
Since March, I’ve been working two days a week at Bridal Reloved Shrewsbury helping lovely brides find their dream dresses and supporting Steph while she is on maternity leave with gorgeous Charlie. Seeing a bride’s excitement when she finds the perfect dress is incredibly rewarding and I’m loving it! 👰🏼
Balancing wedding stationery and bridal consulting allows me to merge my creative talents with personal interaction which I rarely get being self employed. It’s very refreshing to spend part of my week at Bridal Reloved, meeting new brides and being part of their special journey 💕
This balance keeps my work exciting and inspiring, ensuring I bring the best of both worlds to my clients.

This arched table plan is a perfect eye catching board used at the entrance of your venue to show guests to their seats.
Guests will use the plan to find their name and then head to find their place name on the table where they will be seated.
This takes the stress off you on the day and helps things run smoothly in the background.

When we have a discovery call, one question I will always ask is…
Will you be having meal options for your guests to choose from or a set menu?
Having menu choices will add extra details to your invitations and a tick box on your rsvps ✉️
If opting for menus for your tables on the day, these can be individually personalised to your guests choices or if a set menu you could have a couple of menus printed per table.

I just love creating a certain element within your design such as a monogram of your initials and as a team bringing this in to other areas of your decor.
Here the initials of H&J have been used on the menus but then also embroidered on to napkins by The Embroidered Napkin Company
This can then be used on the cake and other areas of your wedding for a cohesive look.

I have been designing and making wedding stationery for over 20 years!
After completing a university degree in design I went on to work for a leading greeting card company making handmade cards and ranges.
My love for wedding stationery began before university, continued during and is where I am today…

It can be very stressful for couples when guests don’t rsvp on time. There are lots of jobs to do once replies are all back.
-Venues need to know numbers
-Couples need to sort seating arrangements and this alone can be a difficult task
-Stationers like me need to design and make the table plans, places names for each guest and this can get quite stressful if it’s all last minute
-Most suppliers rely on numbers to complete their part of the wedding

FAQ 💕 Should I send separate invitations for ceremony, reception and evening?
Sending separate invitations for the ceremony, reception, and evening can make things clearer for your guests and help you manage your guest list effectively ✉️
Splitting your invites in to day and evening is ideal and you can keep the design the same and change wording ✍🏻
This way, everyone knows exactly where they need to be and when.
It also allows you to invite different groups to different parts of your celebration, which can be particularly useful if you’re limited by space or budget.

I don’t think I’ve ever made any collection exactly as it is and love adding little elements to make them unique to you.

Some of my couples choose a soft green and ivory to complement their wedding decor.
If bold colour isn’t your thing then subtle stationery may be the answer for you.
There will always be shades of green in your flowers so by keeping the colours of your stationery minimal, you can incorporate colour in other areas of your wedding such as your bouquet, bridesmaid dresses etc 💕

I actually get asked this quite a lot. Most couples know that invitations need to be sent to invite guests to their marriage but get overwhelmed with other items that may be required. Some associate stationery with pens, pencils and rulers 🙈
So what is wedding stationery?
It’s your ‘brand on paper’ 💕
The term ‘Wedding stationery’ refers to the collection of mainly paper (can be other material) based items and accessories used throughout your wedding planning process, particularly for communication and presentation purposes.
THIS INCLUDES ITEMS SUCH AS SAVE THE DATES, WEDDING INVITATIONS, RSVP CARDS, ENVELOPES, ORDER OF SERVICE, TABLE PLANS, PLACE NAME CARDS, WELCOME SIGNS, MENU CARDS, THANK YOU CARDS, AND ANY OTHER PRINTED MATERIALS RELATED TO YOUR WEDDING.

I’m Anna, a Mum of 3, chocoholic, stationery addict who loves all things wedding! I work from my lovely little studio space in Shrewsbury, Shropshire. A place where I can switch off and totally absorb myself in my designs. I get so excited with every new customer as you all inspire me in so many different ways which allows me to keep my ideas fresh and my creativity flowing .
With a degree in Surface Pattern Design, I always knew this was the career I wanted to follow and I’ve been making wedding stationery and greeting cards for over 20 years. I am now in to my 5th year as a business and loving every minute! I was recently awarded ‘Wedding Stationery supplier of the year West Midlands’ at The English Wedding Awards. I was nominated by my past clients which makes this award even more special.
I know how important a ‘wedding invitation’ or a ‘save the date’ can be as it provides your guests with the first ‘glimpse’ of what’s to come on your special day. If you are getting married and looking for someone to help plan the perfect 'look' for your wedding day, I can help bring your ideas to life in my personalised designs. From save the dates and invitations to table plans, place cards, order of service, framed prints and everything in between – I can provide help every step of the way. I offer already existing designs that can be tweaked to suit your colours and also a bespoke service to design something unique just for you. If you have anything in particular in mind please feel free to ask and I will do my best to create this for you.
Other areas of design I provide are: Greeting cards, finger print guest books, childrens placemats and framed prints. One of my best sellers being personalised birth keepsake frames to include ‘date of birth, time of birth and weight.
