For those that don't know, I have taken on the premises of 'The Old Bakery' in Condover (formerly Berts Butchers) and will be opening 'Village Pantry' on Friday 23rd June.

The team and I are incredibly excited to be able to bring this to the community, which will be offering local and fresh produce from some fantastic suppliers. We will be stocking local meats, cheeses, preserves, fruit and vegetables as well as store cupboard items.

Alongside this we will also have a coffee machine for you to get your caffeine fix whilst on the go or swing in and pick up a sandwich and cake for lunch!

I will be sharing more information over the next coming weeks regarding our offering and hope to welcome you all from the end of the month!

We are looking for an experienced cook to work part time (16 hours a week approx.) at Shrewsbury Golf Club, Condover.

The applicant must be available weekends and some evenings where needed, working days can be flexible, competitive rates of pay, working within a pleasant and friendly team. Start date is available as soon as but this can be discussed.

✨ Special Announcement ✨

I am very excited to announce that from April I will be managing the catering at Shrewsbury Golf Club in Condover!

This is a fantastic opportunity and one that I am really looking forward to having run the catering at Church Stretton Golf Club for several years, and more recently covering the catering at Shrewsbury Golf Club as and when needed.

The catering service at the golf club will commence as soon as Government COVID restrictions allow and will be available to members, guests and visitors. There is a fantastic large all-year-round marquee at the golf club, making it a wonderful venue for events and special celebrations.

I am still very committed to my outside catering and will continue this alongside the golf club catering.

I look forward to seeing many of you at the golf club in the future, and if you are interested in holding an event or special celebration there do let me know.
