Podium Catering We are a catering enterprise providing great food at outdoor pusuits events We have steadily grown over the years since starting, mainly through word of mouth.

Podium Catering - established 2012 by Tim Morris and Karen Brennan, was launched with the goal to provide homemade, healthier and more nutritious food for outdoor sports events. Tim is a keen cyclist and runner and as such saw the need for good food at such events where participants are more health conscious than most. We have catered for many different outdoor events including MTB National Champs

, JK Orienteering, Red Bull Hard Line, Shrewsbury Marathon, Wiggle cycle sportives and the Cyclocross National Champs to mention but a few. Alongside the outdoor catering Tim is the chef for a professional MTB team (Atherton Racing at TREK Factory DH) at World Cup races and training camps.

This weekend I’m going to attempt to climb Snowdon with my 8 year old on my back. We are raising funds for Muscular Dystrophy UK.
He has Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy which is a progressive muscle wasting condition which means his muscles don’t repair and is severely limited in physical activities which most of us take for granted.
If you can spare a bob or two to help researchers find a cure I would be extremely grateful.
