Jackies very special birthday near Sidcup in Kent
A very down to earth bunch of lovely people that enjoy good wine and great food. Lots of work went into the 5 course dinner, but well worth it for the end result. I even got out the posh cutlery!
Tonight we're off to deepest darkest kent for a party of 26 in an oast house that I cook at regularly. Please do share away

This is our delicious watermelon pork belly. It's was cooked with a dry rub on a sous vide for 48 hours until its melt in the mouth, then the juices were combined with our hand made watermelon Bbq sauce and the belly was smothered and pressed before cutting and portioning, grilling. It was absolutely mouthwatering. If you do have time to do this yourselves, it's definitely worth giving it a go.
