Tonight's view 'from the crows nest' was presented by Hambledon Productions - Maybe DICK written and performed (all 12 parts!) by the energetic and enigmatic John Hewer - pun after pun he had the audience laughing like a drain while recounting the legend of MOBY DICK - Herman Melville's classic novel...ISH

We can't wait to see John return Upstairs at the Embassy again with his reverence to the unique Carry-On Humour so many of us have been brought up to love.

Last week saw local Teaching staff take part in the first delivered by the Associate schools programme here in . The day focused on learning of Shakespeare text through the use of rehearsal room techniques in the classroom.

Everyone is looking forward to seeing the impact this can have on reading, writing and overall confidence outcomes for our young people and their families.

First Encounters - Romeo and Juliet is being performed in collaboration with (and within) schools locally next month.

You can see the final performance Embassy Theatre, Skegness on April 25th at 7pm.

To be considered for this role you will need to show us that you must be customer focused, work as a part of our team, have a high attention to detail, be quick to learn, have a friendly and confident demeanor and good knowledge of standards required in the hospitality industry in particular the venue you are applying for.
Previous Bar Experience would be an advantage - training will be given - fast learners favoured.

Hourly pay inline with national minimum wage +12.07% "holiday pay" each month on hours worked.

Job Type: Zero hours casual contract

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week (est 5.5 hrs per shift - 2-4 nights per week)
Benefits: Gym membership
Schedule: Evening shift
Weekend availability required.

Bartending: 1 year (preferred)
Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
Customer service: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:
Personal License (preferred)
First Aid Certification (preferred)
food and hygiene certification (preferred)
