Are you a Wizard, or a witch - what about a sorcerer? Well if you are, or if you would like to be - here's a date for your diary

Come along to The Hildreds on Sat 13th July and enroll in The Hildreds School for Witchcraft and Wizardry.

The event is completely FREE, with fun for the whole family and will be outside The Hildreds between 11am - 3pm.

Come along in wizard or witch costumes, robes or dress to distress!

We hope to see you all there :)

More books are heading to the Magic bookcase at the Hildreds Centre today.

Please note: this is a free service for children to take a book to read, then keep it, swap it or share it with someone else. All the books are either donated or purchased.

May we respectfully ask adults don't go and empty the shelves to sell on carboots. You are not only depriving a child of a story but acting in a selfish way that will ultimately make this impossible to fund. This is the reason we can't have nice things.

The staff at the Hildreds have been busy little soldiers getting ready to install a mural in the centre to mark the 80 year anniversary of the D Day landings in Normandy, France.

Hopefully it will be ready for you all to see next week in time for the 6th June anniversary

Jabba the Hutt is all ready to meet you at the Hildreds on May 6th for Intergalactic Star Wars day - Revenge of the 6th (Sith)

Come along in costume, meet the Inquisitors, Imperial StormTroopers, Mandolorians and even Chewbacca? You can also join in the Jedi training academy and learn how to become a Jedi!

It’s all Free and will be on outside the Hildreds between 11am - 3pm

Jabba has put a call out to all Bounty a hunters in the area to come to The Hildreds on Monday May 6th for “Revenge of the 6th (Sith)” between 11am - 3pm

Coming soon to the Hildreds Centre in Skegness is The Magic Bookcase! We believe that allowing children’s imagination to flourish is an important part of their growth and development, and what better way to do that than with a book? Together with our partners at the Hildreds, we are creating a special area where kids can sit down and read a book, or even take one home for free. On selected dates, we will have storytellers, authors, special guests and characters reading short stories to the children.

The Magic Bookcase is set to arrive in a few weeks, and we would love your help! If you have any children’s books that you no longer want, or perhaps you have a favorite story that you’d like to share with others, please donate them today. You can drop them off to a member of staff at the Hildreds or at the Neverland Theatre in Skegness.

Let’s promote creativity and imagination in children with The Magic Bookcase!

Free children’s books are being given away in the Hildreds centre today to celebrate world book day :)

To celebrate World Book Day we are giving away free children’s books again today in The Hildreds - but not just any old books, this one has been written by our very own shopping centre manager - Steve Andrews.

If you want a FREE, signed, limited edition of one of his books, pop into The Hildreds today and look on the character book benches in the mall. If you see a copy sitting on the bench, help yourself, take it home and enjoy - just let us know what you think of the story.
