It’s not really the weather right now ❄️ but we’re already planning ahead for summer events, including barbecues 🔥

If you're planning a big barbecue, we'll work with you to create a menu that suits your needs.

If you fancy a simple, classic menu with burgers and kebabs or want to go all out with salmon fillets, rib eye steak and tandoori cauliflower steak, our talented team will create it.

What a year we’ve had at Carringtons 🎉

We’ve celebrated 20 years of Helen and Darren Wynn at the helm, created bespoke menus for countless weddings, corporate events and special occasions, attended wedding fayres, were shortlisted for several awards, including The Wedding Industry Awards 2025, welcomed new members of the team and worked with some incredible people.
