S S S SATURDAAYY 🎶 it’s SHOWTIME 🕺 first of two of the absolute best country shows we are at Gargrave Show this Saturday (19th) and then Malham Show the following (26th). Forecast is great, grass is green, there’s animals, great coffee, good times all round ☀️🐮☕️🧑‍🌾🌽 which one are you coming to??

We had the BEST ☀️ time at Gargrave Show on Saturday! Thank you to everyone that came down and enjoyed a coffee and homemade flapjack with us 😍 it was so nice to see the field so busy and everyone enjoying themselves….it’s really got us even more excited for Malham Show THIS Saturday!!! Bring it onnn 💪☕️🕺

Today we made the journey to Gargrave show.
We were up against 7 different breeds, with the results as follows;
2nd shearling ram
1st ram lamb
1st aged ewe
1st shearling ewe
1st ewe lamb
1st group of 3
Due to the Suffolks now being in the any other native breed section there was a trophy just for Suffolks where we were handed champion Suffolk for the Reeday cup with the ewe and took reserve with the ewe lamb.
In the any other native championship we took champion with the ewe.
In the interbreed we took 3rd out of the 13 sections with the ewe, which was a different ewe to the ewe that won reserve interbreed.

Wow! What a day at Gargrave show.
Thank you to all today’s customers old and new, it was great to see you all.
We have had some great feedback today on the quality of our sausage, bacon and burgers we were offering as tasters.
Looking forward to opening the shop in Gargrave in November even more now 😊
