Gluten-free Orange & Mango Birthday Cake

I made this beautiful and delicious orange and mango cake for my partner's birthday. He loves the combination of mangoes and oranges and fruit cakes that are light in structure and taste. The Simnel cake I made today is a light and almondy fruitcake. should have a layer of marzipan or almond paste baked into the middle, but I decided to make it lighter with only one layer on top. What distinguishes it from other cakes is the decoration – a layer of almond paste or marzipan on top and 11 marzipan balls to represent the apostles minus Judas. Edible flowers or Easter elements like toy chicks can be added as a final flourish.☺️😌

Everyone has their favourite apple pie habit, the memory of the ideal, their own personal family tradition and the apple pie pattern. For example, I consider apple pie with frosting on top to be the only real thing. That's what my grandmother did and that's it. The cake in this recipe is soft, quite moist and fluffy. Gluten-free Valentines Cake

A four-layer cake is full of surprises. Each layer is a different taste experience. It started with the fact that I had a cheese mix left from sugar-free cheesecake for my son. Then I found blended poppy seeds and dried fruit in the fridge. Maybe I should call it leftover cake 🙈 but it came so nice that I have decided to make it as my special Valentine`s cake.
