My mom is taking my orders for mothers day if you would like to place an order, she can only take a few orders that day, we will offer a discount for big orders or if you order above the minimum order £40

She will be making samosas/spring rolls on Saturday onwards if anyone is interested in them ill put the price down below for them...

Hi everyone.

Please can everyone report my Instagram account sz_catering

The account was hacked yesterday and can't get into it and they are sending messages to my customers and posting on stories saying I invested in money and received a certain amount when I haven't, I will post pictures on here cos there's another account and she's scamming people with there money so please be aware as its not me using the account, I confronted the lady on my Instagram page and she said... Do I want it back, basically my catering account and when I said I'll expose her she blocked me so be aware of these please

I do apologize if you have received any messages but I need this account to close down

My number is on that account so not sure what to do

Now We have never disappointed our customers but this has to be one of our customers to lie through their own teeth just because i asked her to drop the pots off back to me.

This woman tabassum ordered food from us for Eid day now obviously we had 2 more orders on that day so i did mention to her before hand we will be late in delivering the food, on the day she gave me a review of how the food was and told me she loved the food and said spice and flavour was perfect just how she wanted it. I did tell her she needs to drop the pots back to my house due to the taxi driver getting frustrated in waiting as he had to go in a emergency, now all our customers have never complained in dropping off anything to our house as we have had customers from Burton to drop off our pots and never complained, now she's saying she paid me for delivery but actually she went from 10 people to 6 people to order food for and total came up to £70 and i didn't charge her for delivery so i had to pay £20 to deliver her food. She's also going on that she had to wash our Pots now its not our responsibility to wash them you have to drop them off so you need to wash them. Now she's going on that I have to pay her to deliver my pots now i find that rude, why should i pay for something that its her responsibility to drop off to me regardless that she don't drive, half my customers don't drive.

Just because I asked her to drop the pots off she decided to go from giving me a good review over the phone to a bad review on my page and find it disrespectful. Our food Has always been cooked on the day and she has the nerve to say restaurant food is better then ours over a silly little thing. I will be posting the review up so you know the truth. I actually can't stand people who can lie and bring a small business down. We have never ever let our customers down, we always provide high standard food so im speaking the truth here.

On the second image she said i will put a review on whatsapp but i asked her to post on my page as it helps my business and that day she gave me a very good review so im sorry im not being rude here but why does she need to go to this extreme to lie for.

Hi everyone 😊

Just wanted to let you know I won't be taking any orders up until the 15th February as my mom has gone abroad but i will still take orders during that time for any orders after the 15th. So my mom won't be back till the 14th and I'm fully booked on the 15th. Any orders after the 15th are welcome.

We use chicken thigh coated in our herbs and spices and trust me these are so tender and juicy when they are hot, our customers love them👌🏼

Sweet rice for 5 people, the taste and smell is amazing which has all sorts of flavors like fresh coconut, golden sultana's, fresh juice from an orange, almonds and sugar, its sweet but not too over powering 😍
