I want to share with you a little bit of what's going on. I am currently making caramelized onion chutney for Sunday's Cheeseboard Masterclass. I will have a few jars available for sale at the class. If you've never had onion chutney, it pairs delightfully well with aged cheddars. One of my most favorite ways to have it is topped on top of grilled sausages or burgers. It's surprisingly sweet and savory, it's fantastic!
Other than that, this week I am prepping a number of delights for the masterclass to include fresh French macarons hummus with my special blended seasonings, and additional cheeses for you to test and try, homemade baked baguette and more!
When you make your bored, I will be showing you different ways to style three artisan cheeses and two different meats along with the spiced hummus, onion chutney and local honey. All ingredients are provided. You just need to bring yourself, your friends and be willing to let loose and have some fun.
This is a great opportunity for a date, team building an afternoon refresh, an opportunity to learn a new skill, or just time to have fun and enjoy some yummy food with friends.

Soooo.... I've been a bit quiet and it's all because I'm trying to practice what I constantly preach, and that's investing in family. We are doing our best to make treasured memories while exploring. The last couple weeks have been filled with adventures in Venice, Italy, Salzburg, Austria and Switzerland and France. I was able to catch a short break to make this post. I have a few days left and we are going to pack in all that we possibly can. I hope you enjoy small bits of my trip.

❤️ Teachers invest so much into our children in the early years and throughout their lives. This special bunch of ladies have worked so hard this year in investing in the lives of military children. They have worked together through adversities and overcome triumphs. It is PCS season which means the life of a military member has to pick up and move to another location. During those times bonds that have been made with friends and colleagues are separated for who knows how long. We have a saying in the military. It's not, "Goodbye." It's, "see you later!"

How to properly taste cheese?
