Well done TUI. I have given you plenty of time to respond and you have failed. I have spent £4500 with you in the last 7 months and was looking at another holiday but I PROMISE you now. You will NEVER get another penny from me.

When you order the Ninja Airfryer from Very, miss the delivery (yes I know I said I would never have one 🤣), ask via app for it to be redirected to a shop so can pick up, have email days later saying it’s to big for the shop (it’s a Ninja air fryer not motorbike). Call today as have work during their opening hours in the week and they are refunding me. Look on Very again today and it’s now £100 more.

Would rather order it from and pay the extra £50 than give them my money now (free cover so actually only £25 more)
