We're a training team.
Our Michelin-starred chefs have been homegrown - our Michelin-starred head chef started an apprentice with us just 6 years ago! Our managers take time to work along side our front of house team and feedback to you. We have a dedicated wine lead who is able to input into those who share an interest. We'll support the eager to move forward into wine training exams.
We trust you have potential.
A core part of our team are local, reliable youngsters who have a chance to develop confidence in their own voice and contribution. Many have come to us without any experience and leave as trusted managers.
We care holistically
Our teams are offered wellness support through our Wellness Director, Dr Sally Bell. We talk about nutrition, stress management, connection and rest.

Its a journey and we've got a long way to go. Fair trade linens, afro hair care products as standard, organic growing in our garden, a restaurant that focuses on regenerative farming are a few of our steps.
