Hi everyone. You may not know the first ever pigeon or dove was the Rock Dove. This Rock Dove is predominantly a grey bird with hues of purple and green . Most people would identify it as a Pigeon. The Church adopted the colour variant White Doves as a symbol of Peace Love and New beginings and some people believe they symbolise Good Luck and faithfulness. Our stock birds are all white with excellent homing / racing pedigrees. Now the football season has started our family we're surprised some of the birds have produced a red strawberry chick and a black and white chick still in the nest. What do our friends think of the new colours we have produced. We are thinking of re housing them with racing pigeon fanciers but what do you think???
